BATTERY -- 2:56 p.m. A battery was reported, 100 block of Civic Plaza. BURGLARY—AUTO -- 8 p.m. The first of two reports of property stolen after a vehicle break-in was in the 11000 block of Marwick Drive. The second was at 8:30 p.m., 11000 block of Bloomington Way.FRIDAY, JAN. 11 BURGLARY-AUTO -- 8 a.m. Property was stolen after a vehicle break-in, Beckett Way and Southwick Drive. DRUGS -- 10:44 a.m. One suspect was arrested for use of a controlled substance and another on a warrant, East Castle Pines Road and East Sugarhill Terrace. DISTURBANCE -- 9:10 p.m. A public disturbance was reported, 11000 block of Obispo Court. MISSING PERSON -- 10:50 p.m. A person was reported missing, 7300 block of Starward Drive.SATURDAY, JAN. 12 DUI -- 2:09 a.m. An arrest was made for driving while drunk, Dublin Boulevard and Tassajara Road. SPOUSAL ABUSE -- 5:26 p.m. Spousal abuse was reported, 4300 block of Brannigan Street.SUNDAY, JAN. 13

SPOUSAL ABUSE -- 1:23 a.m. A suspect was arrested for spousal abuse, 100 block of North Murrieta Boulevard. STOLEN VEHICLE -- 2:36 p.m. A vehicle was reported stolen, 3500 block of First Street. DRUGS -- 4:39 p.m. Three suspects were arrested for use of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing a peace officer, 400 block of James Street. ARREST -- 6:25 p.m. An arrest was made for willful cruelty to a child, 400 block of James Street. BURGLARY -- 9:47 p.m. Three suspects were arrested for burglary, Las Positas Road and Arroyo Plaza.FRIDAY, JAN. 11 DUI -- 12:07 a.m. The first of two arrests for driving while drunk was in the 1000 block of Murrieta Boulevard. The second was at 2:37 p.m., Murrieta Boulevard and Olivina Avenue. ARREST -- 8:42 a.m. An arrest was made for an outstanding warrant and resisting a peace officer, 4700 block of Lantana Avenue. ARREST -- 9:20 a.m. A suspect was arrested for deliberate unlawful display of registration, Isabel Avenue and Concannon Avenue.SATURDAY, JAN. 12 DUI -- 2:52 a.m. The first of two separate arrests for driving drunk was in the 100 block of South L Street. The second was at 11:24 p.m., E Avenue and Maple Street. BATTERY -- 12:05 p.m. An arrest was made for battery, 3300 block of Leahy Square. ARRESTS -- 9:50 p.m. Two suspects were arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle and burglary tools, I-580 and El Charro. ARREST -- 9:30 p.m. An arrest was made for obstructing a peace officer, 5500 block of Hermitage Court. POSSESSION -- 12:21 p.m. An arrest was made for possession of concentrated cannabis, 4400 block of First Street.MONDAY, JAN. 14 DRUGS -- 7:02 p.m. Two suspects were arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and probation violations, 3400 block of Leahy Way.TUESDAY, JAN. 15 ARREST -- 1:53 a.m. An arrest was made for spousal abuse, battery of a peace officer and spousal abuse, 3900 block of East Avenue. DRUGS -- 1:07 p.m. Two suspects were arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, 500 block of Holmes Street.WEDNESDAY, JAN. 16 DRUGS -- 12:11 a.m. The first of three separate arrests for use of a controlled substance and a probation violation was at Chestnut Street and North N Street. BURGLARY-AUTO -- 3:10 p.m. Property was reported stolen after a vehicle break-in, 3800 Block of Kamp Drive.FRIDAY, JAN. 11 DRUGS -- 12:52 a.m. An arrest was made for possession of a controlled substance and of a false prescription, 5300 Hopyard Road. DUI -- 3:11 a.m. An arrest was made for driving drunk, Stanley Boulevard. BURGLARY -- 11:39 a.m. A residential burglary reported at 500 block of Mission Drive was the first of two. The second was in the 3400 block of Arbor Drive where more than $74,000 worth of jewelry, computer equipment, dresses and shoes was reported stolen during the day. THEFTS -- 12:28 p.m. The first of two reports of theft was 5200 block of Case Avenue. The second was at 1:14 p.m., 3400 block of Stanley Boulevard. VANDALISM -- 3:33 p.m. A suspect was arrested for vandalism, 800 block Palomino Drove. DRUGS -- 4:03 p.m. An arrest was made for possession of a controlled substance, 4500 block of Rosewood Drive. FRAUD -- 8:24 p.m. A clerk reported receipt of a $5 bill that had been changed to a $50 at Icings, 1600 block of Stoneridge Mall Road.SATURDAY, JAN. 12 DUI -- 12:39 a.m. The first of two arrests for driving drunk was at Tassajara Road and Gleason Drive. The second was at 11:08 p.m., Navajo Court and Santa Rita Road. DUI -- 1:08 a.m. A suspect was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol, Santa Rita Road and Rosewood Drive. PETTY THEFT -- 4:13 p.m. A petty theft was reported, 1500 Stoneridge Mall Road.SUNDAY, JAN. 13 DUI -- 12:02 a.m. The first of four arrests for driving drunk was in the 5800 block of Valley Avenue. Others were at 12:36 a.m., Santa Rita Road and Mohr Avenue, 1:24 a.m. in the 300 block of Ray Street and 3:13 a.m., 4800 block of Bernal Avenue. STOLEN VEHICLE -- 11:17 a.m. A vehicle was reported stolen, 4000 block of Stanley Boulevard. BURGLARY-AUTO -- 9:16 p.m. Property was reported stolen after a vehicle break-in, 7000 block of Johnson Drive.MONDAY, JAN. 14 VANDALISM -- 10:02 a.m. The first of three reports of vandalism was in the 3700 block of Cameron Avenue. Others were at 1:39 p.m. in the 7300 block of Joshua Circle and 9:50 p.m. in the 6200 block of Paseo Santa Cruz. THEFT -- 12:12 p.m. The first of three reports of theft was in the 6100 block of Corte Trancas. Others were at 12:59 p.m. in the 1000 block of Serpentine Lane and 3:19 p.m., Rosewood Drive. BURGLARY-AUTO -- 11:20 p.m. Property was reported stolen after a vehicle break-in, 5700 block of Owens Drive.TUESDAY, JAN. 15 THEFT -- 7:36 a.m. A theft was reported, 1500 block of Trimingham Drive. VANDALISM -- 8:17 a.m. Vandalism was reported, 6300 block of Stoneridge Mall Road. FRAUD -- 12:18 p.m. A fraud was reported, 300 block of Adams Way. BURGLARY-AUTO -- 12:29 p.m. Property was reported stolen after a vehicle break-in, 1000 block of Stoneridge Mall Road. DUI -- 4:59 p.m. A suspect was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol, 2700 block of Hopyard Road.WEDNESDAY, JAN. 16 BURGLARY-AUTOS -- 8:11 a.m. The first of seven reports of auto property theft after a vehicle break-in was in the 5700 block of Owens Drive.
