About the only person in this world who thinks I'm a great dancer is my 21/2-year-old daughter.

LARPD also held a mommy-and-son dance in October, and plans to hold one again this year. Kline said moms are encouraged to stay home for this event and allow it to be a
"It's nice to see dads have little dates with their daughters," said Kline.

There will also be a raffle and auction.
The fundraiser will help support the Just Like New fund that provides financial assistance for pet owners who cannot afford to provide care for their sick or injured pets. For details and ticket sales, call Cindy Ferrin at 925-323-8517 or go to valleyhumane.org.
