Bay Bridge worker sues contractor over noose incident
An African American welder hired to work on the Bay Bridge has filed a lawsuit claiming his supervisor hung a noose near the toll plaza and another worker told him to put it around his neck. James H. Brown filed the racial discrimination suit in January in Alameda County Superior Court against his employer, Bay Bridge contractor Adams & Smith, Inc.
