LIVERMORE -- Community members can start off the new year by learning basic Internet skills at the Livermore Public Library's upcoming free computer training classes.
The library's "Internet for Beginners" class will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Jan. 22, continuing the following week with "Searching the Internet," from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Jan. 29.
Classes are hands-on and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. They take place in Community Meeting Room B at the Livermore Public Library, 1188 S. Livermore Ave.
