CONCORD -- A 63-year-old Concord man is in stable condition after police said he was stabbed by his housemate.
Concord police responded to a call of a stabbing at 2:48 p.m. Friday in the 1900 block of Carlotta Drive, according to a department news release.
Officers conducting a preliminary investigation determined the man had been stabbed for unknown reasons. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment of his injuries, which are not life-threatening, and the suspect was taken into custody without incident.
An investigation is ongoing.
