Several hundred people paraded down Mountain Boulevard during the annual Montclair Lions Club Halloween Parade in Montclair Village on Oct. 31. Above, Maya Uppal, 17 months, pets Stomper, the "mayor" of Montclair Village, as Daniel Swafford, executive director of the Montclair Village Association, holds the cat.
