  • ARREST -- 12:11 a.m. A suspect was arrested for possession of marijuana and three traffic violations, Isabel Road and Airway Boulevard.

  • ARREST -- 2:09 a.m. An arrest was made for use of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and a probation violation, 800 block of Rincon Avenue.

  • ARRESTS -- 4:24 a.m. Two suspects were arrested for resisting a peace officer in the 2300 block of Nissen Drive. One of them was also charged vandalism and assault with a deadly weapon.

  • ARREST -- 2:43 a.m. A suspect was arrested on the following charges after crashing into a PG&E poser pole: felon in possession of a firearm, resisting a peace officer, prohibited person possessing ammunition, driver discharging a firearm from a vehicle, evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety and a parole violation, 600 block of Sixth Street.

  • CANNABIS -- 1:11 p.m. An arrest was made for possession of concentrated cannabis, 900 block of Mocho Street.

  • ARREST -- 5:13 p.m. A suspect was arrested for resisting a peace officer, Las Positas Boulevard and North Livermore Avenue.

  • ARREST -- 9:50 p.m. A suspect fired a gun while attempting to elude police and crashed at Del Valle High School. He was arrested for a probation violation, outstanding warrant, a prohibited person possessing ammunition, a firearm and a stolen vehicle, and attempted murder, 2200 block of Fifth Street.

  • DRUGS -- 1:19 a.m. Two suspects were arrested for possession of a narcotic controlled substance and unlawful paraphernalia. One of them was charged with a probation violation, Olivina Avenue and Adelle Street.

  • DUI -- 1:38 a.m. The first of two suspects arrested for driving while drunk was in the 5200 block of Desiree Avenue. The second was at 1:51 a.m., South N and Fourth Streets.

  • DRUGS -- 1:19 p.m. An arrest was made for use of a controlled substance, 3200 block of Gardella Plaza.

  • ARREST -- 1:20 p.m. A suspect was arrested for possession of burglary tools, probation violation, petty theft, destroying and concealing evidence, 2900 block of Las Positas Road.

  • CHILD CRUELTY -- 1:23 a.m. A suspect was arrested for willful cruelty to a child and immoral acts before a child, 5800 block of East Avenue.
