  • THEFT FROM RESIDENCE -- Someone burglarized a home in the 1200 block of Delaware Street.

  • THEFT -- Someone stole less than $950 worth of items from a location in the 900 block of Addison Street.

  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- Items were stolen from vehicles at Napa Avenue and The Alameda, and the 1500 block of Summit Road.

    SATURDAY, JAN. 4

  • ARSON -- Someone reportedly set fire to a porta-potty in the 400 block of Gilman Street.

  • STOLEN AUTO -- Someone stole a vehicle at Page and Second streets.

  • THEFT -- Items worth less than $950 were stolen from the 900 block of Heinz Avenue; the 2200 block of Oxford Street; the 2500 block of Piedmont Avenue; and the 2400 block of Shattuck Avenue.

  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- Items were stolen from vehicles in the 1300 block of Harmon Street, the 300 block of Oak Ridge Road and the 2300 block of Seventh Street.

    SUNDAY, JAN. 5

  • THEFT FROM RESIDENCE -- Someone burglarized a home in the 2700 block of Channing Way.

  • STOLEN AUTO -- Vehicles were stolen in the 1000 block of Cragmont Avenue, the 1400 block of Dwight Way and the 1100 block of Miller Avenue.

  • THEFT -- Items worth less than $950 were stolen from the 2500 block of Benvenue Avenue; the 1900 block of Russell Street; the 1300 block of San Pablo Avenue; the 2200 block of Shattuck Avenue; the 2500 block of Telegraph Avenue; and the 1400 block of University Avenue.

  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- Items were stolen from vehicles in the 2500 block of Marin Avenue; the 2600 block of Regent Street; the 600 block of San Miguel Avenue; and the 2400 block of Warring Street.

    MONDAY, JAN. 6

  • ASSAULT -- At 10:11 a.m., a female motorist wearing gray pajamas started prying off the license plate of a vehicle after she and the driver had argued following a traffic incident in the 1000 block of Harrison Street. The man tried to call police, but the woman grabbed his cell phone and broke it, before striking him with a metal object. The woman then drove away in a blue Toyota Camry, running over the victim's foot.

  • COMMERCIAL CRIME -- Someone burglarized a business in the 1900 block of University Avenue.

  • THEFT -- Items worth less than $950 were stolen in the 3200 block of College Avenue; the 1700 block of Hearst Avenue; two in the 2000 block of Milvia Street; and the 2500 block of San Pablo Avenue.

  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- Someone stole items from a vehicle at Fifth and Harrison streets.

    TUESDAY, JAN. 7

  • THEFT FROM RESIDENCE -- Someone burglarized a home in the 1800 block of 63rd Street.

  • COMMERCIAL CRIME -- Someone burglarized a business in the 2200 block of Shattuck Avenue.

  • THEFT -- Someone stole less than $950 worth of items from a location in the 1300 block of San Pablo Avenue.

    WEDNESDAY, JAN. 8

  • ATTEMPTED ROBBERY -- At 9:10 a.m., a man physically accosted a male pedestrian who was talking on his cell phone in the 2400 block of Bancroft Way. The suspect tried to snatch the phone, along with rifling through the victim's pockets. Police arrested the suspect, who also had a probation violation a few blocks away.

  • THEFT FROM RESIDENCE -- Homes were burglarized in the 1300 block of Berkeley Way and the 2300 block of Prince Street.

  • COMMERCIAL CRIME -- Someone burglarized a business in the 3000 block of Telegraph Avenue.

  • STOLEN AUTO -- Vehicles were stolen in the 1300 block of Allston Way; the 1500 block of Julia Street; the 2400 block of Ninth Street; the 1100 block of Spruce Street; and the 1100 block of Walnut Street.

  • THEFT -- Items worth less than $950 were stolen from locations in the 700 block of Harrison Street and the 2000 block of Oregon Street.

  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- Items were stolen from vehicles in the 1400 block of Ashby Avenue; the 2200 block of Haste Street; the 1100 block of High Court; and the 1100 block of Shattuck Avenue.

    THURSDAY, JAN. 9

  • THEFT FROM RESIDENCE -- Someone burglarized a home in the 1100 block of Camelia Street.

  • STOLEN AUTO -- Vehicles were stolen in the 2900 block of King Street, the 1000 block of University Avenue and the 2100 block of Virginia Street.

  • THEFT -- Items worth less than $950 were stolen from locations in the 1100 and 1400 blocks of University Avenue and the 2200 block of Ward Street.

  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- Items were stolen from vehicles in the 1200 block of Fifth Street and the 1500 block of Milvia Street.
