MONDAY, Feb. 10

  • TOW -- At 5 p.m. officers towed a vehicle that was blocking a driveway on Kains Avenue.

  • WARNING -- At 5:30 p.m. officers issued a warning to a group of teenagers riding skateboards recklessly on Portland Avenue.

  • STOLEN AUTO RECOVERED -- Officers investigated a vehicle parked at the Albany waterfront at 8:30 p.m. that caused suspicion. A check found the car had been reported as stolen out of Olympia, Wash. They arrested the three occupants of the car: a 31-year-old Los Molinos, Calif. man for suspicion of drug possession, a 32-year-old Tukwila, Wash., man for suspicion of two counts of possession of a stolen vehicle, and a 20-year-old Renton, Wash., woman for suspicion of one count of possession of a stolen vehicle.

    TUESDAY, Feb. 11

  • DUI -- At 2 a.m. officers arrested a 43-year-old Kensington man in the 400 block of San Pablo Avenue for suspicion of two counts of DUI.

  • BURGLARY -- During the night a business on Solano Avenue was burglarized. The thieves gained access through a back door.

  • DUI -- Shortly before midnight officer stopped a vehicle near San Pablo and Marin avenues for a vehicle code violation. They arrested the driver, a 26-year-old Emeryville man for suspicion of two counts of DUI.

    THURSDAY, Feb. 13

  • TRESPASSING -- At 10 a.m. officers arrested a 70-year-old Emeryville man near Solano and Carmel avenues for suspicion of trespassing when a business complained that the man would not leave.

  • THEFT -- Officers responded to Target in the 1000 block of Eastshore at 4 p.m. on reports of a person being held by security for sealing a jacket. Officers arrested a 28-year-old Richmond woman for suspicion of theft.

  • BIKE STOLEN -- During the day a locked black Schwinn mountain bike was stolen from Albany High School.

  • WARRANT -- Officers arrested a 21-year-old Richmond man at the Shell station in the 900 block of San Pablo Avenue at about 10 p.m. for an outstanding warrant.

    FRIDAY, Feb. 14

  • WARRANT -- At 10 a.m. officers arrested a 34-year-old Albany man at his home in the 1000 block of Pomona Avenue for an outstanding warrant.

  • THEFT -- At 8 p.m. an employee of Safeway in the 1500 block of Solano Avenue reported that a person pushing a baby stroller had just stolen several bottles of alcohol and was last seen south on Neilson Avenue. Officers located and arrested a 36-year-old transient man for suspicion of burglary and drug possession.

  • DUI -- Officers stopped a vehicle in the 600 block of San Pablo Avenue at 11 p.m. for a vehicle code violation. They arrested the driver, a 23-year-old Emeryville man, for suspicion of two counts of DUI.

    SATURDAY, Feb. 15

  • DISTURBANCE -- At 8 p.m. officers responded to the 500 block of San Pablo on reports of a person causing a disturbance. They arrested a 24-year-old Hercules woman for suspicion of battery.

  • DUI -- Officers stopped a vehicle in the 900 block of San Pablo Avenue at about 11 p.m. for a vehicle code violation. They arrested the driver, a 25-year-old Oakland man, for suspicion of two counts of DUI.

    SUNDAY, Feb. 16

  • DUI -- At 2 a.m. officers stopped a vehicle on Buchanan Street near Interstate 80 for a vehicle code violation. They arrested the driver, a 23-year-old San Pablo man, for suspicion of DUI and a probation violation.

  • WARRANT -- At 3 a.m. a 41-year-old Richmond man was arrested in the 1000 block of San Pablo Avenue for an outstanding warrant.

  • DRUGS AND STOLEN GOODS -- Officers investigated a person in the 1000 block of Eastshore at 2:30 p.m. who was acting suspiciously. They arrested the 30-year-old Seaside man for suspicion of possession of stolen property and drug possession.

  • DRUGS -- Shortly before midnight a 45-year-old Oakland man was arrested for suspicion of drug possession and a parole violation near Solano Avenue and Pierce Street.

    MONDAY, Feb. 17

  • DISTURBANCE -- At 12:30 a.m. officers responded to Club Mallard on Washington Avenue on reports of a person who had been attempting to get inside a silver Mercedes and then was standing in the middle of the street. The 31-year-old San Pablo man was arrested for suspicion of disorderly conduct.

  • DUI -- Officers stopped a vehicle near Gilman and Second streets for a vehicle code violation. They arrested the driver, a 29-year-old San Anselmo woman, for suspicion of two counts of DUI.
