Majors Division

Diamondbacks 8, Giants 7: The Diamondback's were led by Colby Smith, who drove in two runs with a double up the middle, and Sean Pascual, who made a difficult catch in left field.

Yankees 6, Giants 0: For the Giants, Eric Ruloma pitched three scoreless innings with six strikeouts, and Mateo Moncada and Elijah Maravilla both made highlight-reel catches in the field.

AAA Division

Pirates 14, A's 2: In the season opener both teams, the Pirates' Tanner Griffith pitched well and was assisted by Zachary Sousa's excellent play in the infield. John Stangl and Riley Scott paced the offense with multiple hits and RBI's. The A's were led by the swift bat of Carter Purl and pitcher Lucas Stifter, who recorded back-to-back strikeouts in his pitching debut.

AA Division

Red Sox vs. Yankees: For the Red Sox, Jake Follis hit a single and used his speed on the base paths to score the first run. Tanner Lee contributed an RBI doubles, and in the field Justin Johnson tracked down an errand throw at first base and quickly tagged the runner, who was off the base, for an out.

A Division

Giants vs. Red Sox: The Giants and the Red Sox displayed strong hitting and solid defense in both teams season opener. For the Giants, Elias Ferran caught a pop fly for the first out of the game and teammate Noah Nava also made a nice play in the field for an out at first. At the plate, Nava contributed a triple, Jake Frazzitta slid home to score a run, and J.J. Verceles added a two-run single. For the Red Sox, Cal Duarte led off with a triple and Spencer Langowski had a two-run double. In the field, Tyler Lahowe assisted in all three outs of the first inning, and Diego Valverde made several nice plays as pitcher.

Yankees vs. A's: For the Yankees, Toa Faavae led the offense with multiple hits including a double that found its way behind the defense. Jaden Snowden anchored the defense, recording two consecutive outs at third base. For the A's, Jake Sekany went 4 for 4 at the plate, and at first base Sekany recorded three unassisted outs in one inning. Michael Mussari also contributed multiple hits and strong defense.

Ranger vs. Pirates: The Pirates' Josh King and the Rangers' Jarrett Phelps both hit bases-clearing doubles. Ryan Terpstra of the Rangers made a brilliant catch on a line drive down the third base line, while Jarrett Fahnhorst of the Pirates made a variety of plays at first base.
