A man on probation who was detained during a traffic stop March 13 on Clinton Avenue was arrested on suspicion of dealing methamphetamine, police said.

Along with methamphetamine, the man was found with cash, a digital scale, plastic bags and narcotics paraphernalia, police said.

The 43-year-old man was arrested about 12:30 a.m. after the traffic stop in the 2100 block of the street.

THURSDAY, MARCH 13

  • UNDER THE INFLUENCE -- Officers forced their way into a vehicle about 2:50 a.m. after they found it stopped in the middle of the 2400 block of Webb Avenue blocking traffic and with the driver unresponsive inside. The woman was brought to Alameda Hospital, where an evaluation determined that she was under the influence of narcotics, police said.

  • PETTY THEFT -- A woman arrested on suspicion of shoplifting merchandise at Nob Hill on Blanding Avenue had three prior petty theft convictions and was on probation for theft when she was again taken into custody about 4:15 p.m., police said. Along with charges of petty theft and violating her probation, the 55-year-old woman was booked on suspicion of resisting or obstructing police because she allegedly provided a false name when she was detained.

  • BURGLARY -- Someone boarded a boat in the 2400 block of Mariner Square Drive and stole a woman's purse. The theft was reported about 3:35 p.m.

    FRIDAY, MARCH 14

  • COMMERCIAL BURGLARY -- Someone broke the glass door of a business in the 1500 block of Park Street and stole the cash register from inside, police said. It was reported about 4:45 a.m.

  • VEHICLE THEFT -- Vehicles were reported stolen about 9:20 a.m. in the 1100 block of High Street and about 4:45 p.m. in the 2900 block of Main Street.

  • RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY -- A burglary was reported about 12:25 p.m. in the 1400 block of Versailles Avenue.

  • MARIJUANA POSSESSION -- A motorist arrested for driving with a suspended license also faces a charge of possessing less than one ounce of marijuana after officers found the plant in his vehicle's trunk while impounding it, police said. The arrest of the man, 23, occurred at 8:50 p.m. in the 1600 block of Park Street.

  • DRUNKEN DRIVING -- Police arrested a man, 54, on suspicion of drunken driving after a traffic stop just before 10 p.m. in the 700 block of Buena Vista Avenue.

  • ROBBERY -- Police arrested two shoplifters on suspicion of robbery after they allegedly fought with security guards as they were being detained outside Nob Hill on Blanding Avenue. The men, who are ages 19 and 27, stole alcohol and were arrested at 10:05 p.m., police said.

    SATURDAY, MARCH 15

  • DRUNKEN DRIVING -- Police arrested a woman, 28, on suspicion of drunken driving after a traffic stop at 12:50 a.m. in the 1900 block of Park Street. Another motorist was arrested on a drunken driving charge about 3:20 a.m. at Taylor Avenue and Eighth Street, where the 33-year-old man was also involved in a traffic accident.

  • COMMERCIAL BURGLARY -- A man accused of stealing merchandise at Nob Hill on Blanding Avenue was arrested on suspicion of burglary because he entered the building planning to commit a theft, police said. The 31-year-old man, who was arrested about 3:45 p.m. and initially detained by a security guard, was wanted on two misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court. He was also booked on suspicion of violating his probation, police said.

  • MARIJUANA POSSESSION -- Police arrested a man, 25, after officers allegedly found hashish inside his residence in the 1600 block of Sherman Street while investigating a suspicious persons report about 10:05 p.m. The man was also in possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, according to police.

    SUNDAY, MARCH 16

  • MARIJUANA POSSESSION -- A woman arrested for public intoxication faces a charge of possessing less than one ounce of marijuana after an officer allegedly found the plant in a pill bottle that she was carrying. The woman, 21, was traveling as a passenger in a vehicle that an officer pulled over for a traffic violation about 1:05 a.m. at Regent and Chester streets. The 26-year-old female driver was arrested after a background check revealed she was driving with a suspended license, police said. Officers also allegedly found suspected marijuana and an open container of alcohol in the vehicle.

  • DRUNKEN DRIVING -- Police arrested a motorist, 31, on suspicion of drunken driving following an injury traffic accident about 2:30 a.m. in the Webster Tube.

  • ATTEMPTED VEHICLE THEFT -- An attempted vehicle theft was reported about 9:30 a.m. on Kingsbury Court.
