ANTIOCH -- Police are investigating a shooting that occurred in the city Friday afternoon and may have sent a man to the hospital.
The shots were fired around 3 p.m. in the area of H at West 10th streets, according to Antioch police Sgt. Tony Morefield. Officers did not find any victims, but did find evidence at the scene that multiple shots were fired.
A short time after the shooting, a man arrived at an area hospital with a gunshot wound that was not considered life-threatening, Morefield said. He was treated and released.
