FREMONT --Two power outages in Fremont affected some signal controlled intersections in the city Saturday, police said.
Two power outages took place just before 9 a.m. affecting 4,052 customers, according to PG&E.
As of 3:02 p.m. power had been restored to all but one customer, according to the utility.
The outages appeared to be caused by equipment failure on an overhead line, said spokesman J.D. Guidi.
