LAFAYETTE -- Officers are investigating a single-vehicle crash in which a van hit a light pole on Highway 24, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Officers were called at 9:06 p.m. to eastbound Highway 24 near Pleasant Hill Road for a report of a vehicle into a tree, said Officer Eric Anderson.

When officers arrived they discovered a van hit a light pole. At least one person was treated for minor injuries, Anderson said.

It was not immediately known what caused the crash.
