PACHECO -- No one was injured and only one customer lost power Tuesday after a Sedan crashed into and knocked down a PG&E power pole, authorities said.
The wreck, which occurred at approximately 12:45 p.m. near the intersection of Pacheco Boulevard and Center Avenue, involved only the one vehicle, the California Highway Patrol said. The driver did not need medical treatment.
The downed power line interrupted electricity to only one customer, PG&E spokesman Jason King said. That customer was expected to have the power restored fully by 4 p.m., though repairs to the line are expected to last into the evening, King said.
The CHP said drugs and alcohol were not a factor in the crash.
