Lomita

Residential burglary. 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Jan. 28, 2200 block of 250th Street. Entry through an open window. Electronics, money, jewelry and a watch were reported stolen.

Residential burglary. 9 a.m. Jan. 17 to 8:20 a.m. Jan. 29, 26500 block of Western Avenue. No signs of forced entry. Electronics, purses, wallets, belts, sunglasses and boots were reported stolen.

Residential burglary. 8 to 11 a.m. Feb. 1,

1800 block of 253rd Street. A bathroom screen was removed. Electronics were reported stolen.

Commercial burglary. 5:17 a.m. Jan. 28,

1800 block of Pacific Coast Highway. A door was damaged. A safe, money and credit card receipts were reported stolen.

Petty theft. 7:30 a.m. Jan. 28 to 9 a.m. Jan. 29, 2200 block of 241st Street. A wallet and credit cards were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Petty theft. 7 p.m. Jan. 30 to 6 a.m. Jan. 31,

25800 block of Narbonne Avenue. A vehicle hood was opened. Spark plugs were reported stolen.

Vehicle burglary. 8 a.m. Jan. 14 to noon Jan. 28, 24400 block of Crenshaw Boulevard. Unknown method of entry. A garage opener, a gift card and vehicle registration were reported stolen.

Vehicle burglary. 8:30 p.m. Jan. 26 to 7:30 a.m. Jan. 28, 1800 block of 255th Street. Entry through a locked door. A navigation system was reported stolen.

Vehicle burglary. 3:30 p.m. Jan. 19 to 1 p.m.

Jan. 22, 26000 block of Appian Way. No signs of forced entry. Clothing, shoes and a gym bag were reported stolen.

Jan. 29, 25200 block of Doria Avenue. A window was broken. A laptop bag and a checkbook were reported stolen.

Residential burglary. 3 p.m. Feb. 1 to 12:05 a.m. Feb. 2, 7200 block of Berry Hill Drive. Forced entry through a door. A computer and jewelry were reported stolen.

Grand theft. 12:01 a.m. Dec. 17 to 9 p.m. Jan. 28, 2100 block of Summerland Avenue. A pistol was reported stolen.

Petty theft. 2 a.m. Jan. 29, 29600 block of Western Avenue. A laptop computer and keys were reported stolen.

Petty theft. 3 p.m. Feb. 1 to 5:45 p.m. Feb. 3,

7000 block of Grove Spring Drive. Watches were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Vehicle burglary. 2:30 to 5:18 p.m. Jan. 30,

30300 block of Hawthorne Boulevard. A window was shattered. A purse containing a passport, money, ID and a necklace were reported stolen.

Vehicle burglary. 11:30 p.m. Feb. 1 to 6:50 a.m. Feb. 2, 2100 block of Rocking Horse Drive. A suitcase, a laptop computer, jewelry, money and clothing were reported stolen.

Stolen vehicle.

8:30 p.m. Jan. 30 to 6:30 a.m. Jan. 31, 1900 block of Velez Drive. White four-door 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander.

Commercial burglary. 2:10 to 2:30 a.m. Feb. 1, 1200 block of Sixth Street. A window was shattered. Medicine, cough syrup and money were reported stolen.

Stolen vehicle.

1:30 a.m. Feb. 1 to 11 a.m. Feb. 3, Seventh and Alma streets. Black 2011 GMC Sierra.

During the most recent reporting period, arrests in the area patrolled by the Lomita sheriff's station included two for petty theft, one for narcotics laws, one for stolen vehicle, one for attempted burglary and one for driving under the influence.

Palos Verdes Estates

Identity theft. Jan. 29. The victim's debit card was used to make unauthorized purchases at various locations.

Identity theft. Jan. 31. The victim's personal information was used in an attempt to open an unauthorized credit card account.
