NAPA -- Quarterback Matt Flynn will sit out the Raiders final preseason game with tendonitis in his throwing arm, with Terrelle Pryor starting Thursday night against the Seattle Seahawks, coach Dennis Allen said.

Flynn, who was 3-for-6 for 19 yards with two interceptions, also had tendonitis issues last season with Seattle, during which time Russell Wilson seized the starting position.

Allen said he still has not made up his mind regarding a Week 1 starter against the Indianapolis Colts, and that he wants to get Flynn's arm up to speed before making a decision.
