Seven suspects were arrested Friday during a crackdown on alleged drug sales in Marin City.
More than 40 sheriff's deputies and police officers participated in the sweep, which was organized by the Marin County Sheriff's Office in response to community complaints.
Authorities arrested the suspects after serving search warrants at four residences in the public housing complex and another residence in the Ridgeway Apartments, said sheriff's Lt. Scott Anderson.
Some of the suspects are not accused of dealing drugs, but they were swept up on other allegations during the operation.
Kashif Ashby, 24, of Marin City was booked on suspicion of marijuana possession and possession of cocaine base for sale. His bail was set at $10,000.
Stephen Ashby, 47, of Marin City was booked on suspicion of cocaine possession, marijuana possession and resisting arrest. He was released on bail pending further review by the district attorney's office.
Deric Steven Eure, 46, of Marin City was booked into Marin County Jail on suspicion of cocaine possession and possession of cocaine for sale. His bail was set at $5,000.
Tonya Rainey, 30, of Marin City was booked on suspicion of cocaine and methamphetamine possession of cocaine. Her bail was set at $5,000.
Byron Speed, 33, of Marin City was booked on suspicion of drug possession. His bail was set at $5,000.
Sharolyn Yvette Stevenson, 46, of Oakland was booked on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia. Her bail was set at $642.
Authorities also arrested Jonathan Charles Gardner on allegations of violating parole, said sheriff's Sgt. Nina Snyder. Gardner is a 25-year-old Redwood City resident.
The sheriff's department was assisted by the Marin County Major Crimes Task Force and police from Mill Valley, Novato and San Rafael.
