Varinder Pandher, of Fremont, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure and public intoxication following the Monday afternoon incident at Kasper's Hot Dogs at the Fremont Hub, said police spokeswoman Geneva Bosques.

Officers responded at 5:10 p.m. to the restaurant at 39020 Argonaut Way after a manager there told police that a man was urinating in a parking lot and had exposed himself to a female customer and her children on multiple occasions.

The manager told police that the victim and her children, ages 10 to 13, were leaving the hot dog restaurant when the incident happened. The man, who police identified as Pandher, was located across the street at the Islander Motel.
