OAKLAND -- The Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Authority board is scheduled to vote on lease extensions for both the Oakland Raiders and Oakland Athletics on Monday.

In separate resolutions, the board overseeing operations at the Oakland Coliseum will vote on short-term extensions for both teams at a special meeting at 8 a.m.

Under the agreement, the Raiders lease would be extended to the end of the 2014-2015 NFL season, and the team agrees to pay the authority $400,000 in December 2014.

For the Athletics, the new agreement would extend their lease through Dec. 31, 2015. The current agreement expires Dec. 31. The Athletics agree to pay the authority $1.75 million annually as part of a yearly license fee and to control concessions, according to a staff report.

The board of commissioners meeting will be held at the Oracle Arena Plaza Club, 7000 Coliseum Way in Oakland.
