Fandango didn't even let the clock strike midnight on 2013 before looking ahead to the new year.

The movie site unveiled its 2014 predictions and not surprisingly plopped the next "Hunger Games" installment as its most-anticipated 2014 film. "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay -- Part 1" led Fandango's top five, followed by "The Hobbit: There and Back Again," "X-Men: Days of Future Past," "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" and "Divergent."

Fandango picked "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" as its most-anticipated film for 2013 -- and it delivered with $158.1 million to set a November opening record. It has earned $765.3 million worldwide so far, according to Hollywood Reporter.

"Mockingjay -- Part 1" is scheduled for release on Nov. 21.

Other movie predictions by Fandango include Aaron Paul ("Exodus" and "Need for Speed") as biggest male breakout star, Kate Upton ("The Other Woman") as biggest female breakout star, Jennifer Lawrence ("Mockingjay -- Part 1" and "X-Men: Days of Future Past") as the sexiest woman in movies and Ryan Gosling (untitled Terrence Malick film) as the sexiest man. The most-anticipated family film is "How to Train Your Dragon 2."
