PLEASANTON -- An at-risk teen who went missing early Friday morning was reunited with his family overnight, police said.

Pleasanton police did not release further information on where Samuel Brysk, 16, was found, if he was harmed or what time he was back home. He was last see near Chardonnay Drive in Pleasanton about 5:30 a.m. Friday.

He was considered at-risk because of a medical condition, but police did not specify what condition the teen has.
