Officers responded about 3:40 a.m. to the 7-Eleven store at 137 Manor Drive and discovered a suspect had pulled an undisclosed weapon on the store clerk, Pacifica police Capt. Joe Spanheimer said. The suspect ran away from the store with an unknown amount of money, and police could not find him after an extensive search of the area.

Neither the store clerk nor any of the other patrons in the store were injured in the robbery, Spanheimer said.

The suspect is described as a black male about 30 years old, standing about 5 feet, 6 inches tall with a thin build. He was wearing a black hoodie sweatshirt, light blue pajama pants and either sandals or slippers, and hid his face with a blue bandanna.

Anyone with information about the suspect or the robbery is asked to contact Pacifica police at 650-738-7314. The investigation is ongoing.
