The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has wrapped up its investigation into the Justin Bieber egg-throwing incident and is recommending the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office prosecute the allegations as a felony, TMZ reported.

Good. We attack Canada at dawn.

Bieber is accused of throwing eggs at his next door neighbor's house last month, causing around $20,000 in damage. The website said he was the same neighbor who confronted Bieber about his speeding around the neighborhood last year, resulting in Bieber allegedly threatening him and spitting in his face.

Bieber, obviously, has never watched "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood."

Lt. Dave Thompson reportedly told TMZ, "I went to the D.A.'s Office today with the paperwork, and I want a felony. Of course, I want a felony."

We all want a felony. Lock this menace up. We attack at dawn.

TMZ has video of the alleged incident, in which Bieber can supposedly be heard taunting the neighbor.

The D.A. will likely make a decision in about a week, the site reported.
