Chris Brown is being sued by a man who says the singer verbally and physically assaulted him.

C'mon ... since when is Chris Brown capable of harming a fellow human being?

Parker Adams said in his lawsuit he was outside the W Hotel in Washington D.C., last October when Brown attacked him, according to TMZ. It's the same alleged incident for which Brown is currently being prosecuted for misdemeanor assault.

Adams said Brown told him, "I ain't down with that gay (expletive)" and then beat him, breaking his nose.

Brown has denied the allegations. TMZ reported Brown has said Adams was the aggressor, trying to get on Brown's tour bus.

The website said Adams is suing Brown and his bodyguard Christopher Hollosy, asking for $1 million from each of them for his injuries, and another $500,000 from each for punitive damages.
