RICHMOND -- A shooting in the south side of the city left one man wounded Monday morning, police said.
At least one gunman in a dark four-door sedan fired at a 20-year-old Richmond man as he drove in the area of S. 33rd Street and Florida Avenue at about 8:20 a.m., according to Sgt. Nicole Abetkov.
The man was grazed by a bullet in his shoulder and drove himself to the hospital, Abetkov said. He is expected to survive.
Two blocks away and around the same time, a house on the 100 block of S. 35th Street was hit by a bullet, but no one was hurt. Police believe the two shootings were related.
