CASTRO VALLEY -- An arrest warrant was issued Saturday night for a Castro Valley man suspected of fatally shooting his wife Friday inside the family home.

Feng Mi, 46, is wanted by police in the shooting death of 45-year-old Yunyi Zhang, the man's wife and mother of two children.

Sheriff's officials deemed the missing man armed and dangerous after finding one of his two guns had been removed from the home in the 19000 block of Stanton Avenue. Authorities have responded to the residence several times over the past few years for domestic violence disturbances, Alameda County Sheriff's Deputy April Luckett said. Mi is driving a 2013 silver Toyota RAV4 with paper plates, possibly from the Dublin Toyota dealership.
