SAN JOSE -- Police have identified a 34-year-old man as the person who was found stabbed to death March 19 on a downtown sidewalk.
Dusty Regier of San Jose was the city's 10th homicide victim of the year.
Police have not released much information about Regier's death, only to say he was stabbed at least once and was found face down on a sidewalk in the area of Second and St. John streets.
Police say they do not have any suspect information.
On March 19 a passer-by called police at 2:49 a.m. to report a person lying on the sidewalk at Second Street.
Police are looking for anyone who may have witnessed what led up to the stabbing, which occurred near St. James Park.
