Miley Cyrus landed in the hospital and had to cancel a concert because of a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics.

The singer's Bangerz tour performance was canceled Tuesday in Kansas City. Sprint Center, the concert venue, issued a statement, saying, "Cyrus has been hospitalized for a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics and has been placed on medical rest by her doctors."

Cyrus tweeted a photo of herself in a hospital bed with a green toylike octopus in front of her face. "Kansas I promise I'm as heartbroken (as) you are. I wanted so badly 2 b there 2 night. Not being with yall makes me feel (expletive) than I already do."

She later tweeted to a fan: "I hate this. & I hate hospitals. & I hate needles. I hate laying in a bad bored AF. & I hate feeling (expletive)."

It's the second time Cyrus has canceled a concert this month. Live Nation told People magazine that the singer had to bail on her Charlotte, N.C., show because she was "diagnosed with the flu and doctors have ordered her to rest."
