OAKLAND -- A 20-year-old man killed in a drive-by shooting Wednesday morning in West Oakland was identified by police Thursday as Marjon Fuller.

Fuller, who lived in the area, was shot about 9 a.m. by someone in an SUV as he walked in the 1000 block of Willow Street.

Fuller staggered into nearby Sharif Market and collapsed. He was taken to a hospital where he died.

Sgt. Rob Rosin said police don't have a motive yet for the killing and said no arrests have been made.

Police released photographs of the vehicle the gunman was in obtained from video surveillance in the area.

It is described as a 2011 or newer white Mercedes-Benz GLK four-door. It was last seen going eastbound on 11th Street.

No description was released of the gunman or other possible occupants of the vehicle.

The slaying was Oakland's 27th homicide of the year. Last year at this time there were 26 homicides in Oakland.
