SAN JOSE -- Four people were stabbed early Sunday morning after leaving a popular nightclub in downtown, according to San Jose police spokeswoman Sgt. Heather Randol, who said the victims suffered injuries that were not life-threatening.
Local television stations NBC Bay Area and KTVU reported that the violence followed an argument at SP2 Communal Bar and Restaurant in San Pedro Square.
"All we know is that there was some type of fight and argument that occurred inside the establishment before the person was actually stabbed," Sgt. Jermaine Thomas toldNBC Bay Area. However, a witness told the Mercury News that the men were not inside the bar when they were stabbed.
The four men were taken to local hospitals. Randol said police had no suspects and had not made any arrests as of early Sunday afternoon.
