Foster the People, M.I.A. and Fitz and the Tantrums are among the big-name acts scheduled to appear at radio station Live 105's 20th annual BFD concert.

Phantogram, New Politics, Walk the Moon and Ms Mr are among the other top acts in the lineup, which was announced Monday.

The daylong concert is June 1 at Shoreline Amphitheatre at Mountain View. Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Saturday at www.livenation.com. Ticket prices are $35 lawn and $39.50-$69.50 reserved. Four-ticket lawn packages will be sold for $105.

Live 105 "freeloaders" have early access to tickets. There will be an online pre-sale held from 10 a.m. Thursday to 10 p.m. Friday at www.live105.com.

Also, Live 105 will host a ticket party at the Shoreline box office in Mountain View on Saturday, beginning at 10 a.m. Tickets will be sold at this event for $10.53 — with no additional service fees — while supplies last. There is a two-ticket limit per person at the event. (Note: The $10.53 price is only available for tickets purchased on-site at the Shoreline box office, during the event.)

This year's BFD bill is a nice mix of established headliners, such as Foster the People, Fitz and the Tantrums and M.I.A., and young buzz acts like Ms Mr. There are also several local acts, including Giraffage, Finish Ticket, French Cassettes and Waters. In all, there will be music on four different stages.

For more information, visit www.live105.com.

Last year's BFD featured Passion Pit, 30 Seconds to Mars and Silversun Pickups, among many others. Over its 19-year history, BFD has hosted such multiplatinum acts as Green Day, the Foo Fighters and the Beastie Boys.
