It looks like Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones are back together. Or mighty close.
After a couple of recent public appearances together, the pair is reportedly planning a summer trip to Italy to mark the end of their separation, according to the Daily Mail.
So that's why she stopped calling me ... .
The actors -- who are parents to son Dylan, 13, and daughter Carys, 11, -- separated in August 2013 but have continued to spend time together.
"Things seem to be going really well for them," an insider told People.com. "I knew they were going to work as hard as they could on their marriage, especially for the kids. It's a good thing."
In just the past week, they've made two public appearances. The Oscar winners walked the red carpet, smiling for photos with each other and with Meryl Streep, who was honored with the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center's annual award. The threesome sat together and chatted during dinner.
"They looked really happy to be together," one observer told People.com.
In October, Douglas, 69, told "The Tonight Show" host Jay Leno he and Zeta-Jones, 44, were on "a little bit of a break" and "I'm very hopeful."

They've since been spotted in March, holding hands at a dinner in New York City and having a family outing at the Super Bowl in February, according to MSN. The website also reported they pair expected to attend the Film Society of Lincoln Center's Gala together next Monday.
