BERKELEY -- The De La Salle High football team's game against Jesuit-Carmichael will now be played at Cal's Memorial Stadium on Aug. 29, the university announced Saturday.

Kickoff will be at 8 p.m. and the game will be televised nationally by ESPN2.

The game between De La Salle and Jesuit had originally been scheduled to be at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara next Friday, but the 49ers plan to pull up the turf on the field after the team plays at the stadium on Sunday against the San Diego Chargers.

Tickets for Friday's game at Cal will be general admission and will be on sale on the day of the contest through the ticket stations at both the north and south ends of Memorial Stadium. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors.

Levi Stadium tickets will not be accepted at the door. Please contact ticketmaster or 49ers for information on refunds.

Gates on the west side of the stadium (Gate 2 through Gate 6) will be utilized and they will open at 7 p.m., one hour before kickoff.

De La Salle will still get the opportunity to play at Levi's Stadium, as the Spartans will now meet James Logan of Union City on Oct. 11.
