SAN JOSE -- A San Jose High School track coach and campus assistant was arrested Friday morning on suspicion of unlawful sex with a minor, police reported.

San Jose resident Francisco Lopez, 33, is accused of committing three felony sexual offenses with a minor and sending harmful matter to a minor.

He was booked into Santa Clara County Jail after his 11 a.m. arrest by members of the police department's Child Exploits Detail.

Police did not release the age of the victim or say if the victim was a student at San Jose High School.
