    Review: Asian Art Museum travels 'Roads of Arabia'

    The touring exhibition 'Roads of Arabia: Archaeology and History of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia' -- at San Francisco's Asian Art Museum through Jan. 18 -- features 200 items in stone, gold, bronze and other metals, spanning millennia but unearthed only over the past 40 years. They show that, for many cultures and civilizations, the Arabian Peninsula was an important crossroads.
