Anthony Bourdain and Eric Ripert have a project cooking, and it doesn't involve recipes.

The celebrity chefs and TV personalities are teaming up for a stage show titled "Good vs. Evil" (we'll let you figure out which is which) that will feature the pair swapping tales and musing on culinary issues. The show comes to San Francisco's Orpheum Theatre for one night only -- 8 p.m. April 12

Bourdain is chef-at-large at New York's Brasserie Les Halles, host of the Travel Channel shows "No Reservations" and "The Layover," and is also author of bestselling books "Kitchen Confidential" and "Medium Raw." He published "Get Jiro!," a culinary-themed graphic novel, in July.

Eric Ripert is chef and co-owner of New York's Le Bernardin, was a regular guest judge on Bravo's "Top Chef" for several seasons and the author of four cookbooks, including "Avec Eric," based on his PBS program.
