OAKLAND -- The annual holiday concert by the Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir will be presented Saturday, Dec. 1 at the Paramount Theatre.

The award-winning Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir, founded in 1986 is a multiracial, interfaith group that regularly performs throughout the Bay Area under the diredtion of Terrance Kelly.

The choir is hosting a Warm Coat Drive at the concert. Bring in a warm coat as a donation -- men, women or childrens -- that will be donated to the East Oakland Community Project , an emergency shelter for people who are homeless.

Ticket prices range from $10 to $40

The concert, which will be interpreted into American Sign Language for those who are hearing-impaired, will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Paramount, 2025 Broadway.
