OAKLAND -- A man was found shot to death in a car Wednesday evening, marking the city's 116th homicide of the year.
Officers heard shots around 8:05 p.m. near Russet and Moorpark streets, according to Oakland police. When officers got to the intersection, they found a man with gunshot wounds in a car.
