VALLEJO -- Maria F. Sanchez of Vallejo was still visibly shaken, about 30 minutes after a car crashed into the Grocery Outlet store Thursday and nearly hit her.

At about 3:30 p.m. Vallejo Police and Fire Department personnel were dispatched to a vehicle into the front of the Grocery Outlet on Admiral Callaghan Lane, Fire Department Battalion Chief Mike Brooks said.

A Berkeley woman drove a dark blue, newer model Cadillac through the front door of the building, coming to rest several yards inside. Four people, including Sanchez, the driver and her two passengers were treated for minor injuries at the scene and released, Brook said.

Police said that the incident is under investigation.
