South Bay native AJ Allmendinger and Regan Smith will share Phoenix Racing's No. 51 Chevrolet for the final four races of the Sprint Cup season.

Allmendinger will drive the next two weekends, including Sunday at Martinsville (Va.) Speedway.

He lost his ride at Penske Racing after failing a drug test in June. After being reinstated by NASCAR, he drove the No. 51 in place of Smith the past two races.
