Jio Fontan and Aaron Fuller scored 15 points each and USC defeated host UCLA 75-71 in overtime Wednesday night in Los Angeles, ending a four-game skid against the Trojans' crosstown rival.

Eric Wise added 12 points and 11 rebounds for USC (9-13, 4-5 Pac-12).

UCLA's Shabazz Muhammad scored 22 points but missed two 3-pointers in the final 1:14 of overtime. The Bruins were 2 of 19 from 3-point range.

UCLA (16-6, 6-3) has lost three of its past four.

Michigan 68, Northwestern 46: Trey Burke had 18 points and the No. 1 Wolverines (20-1, 7-1 Big Ten) routed the visiting Wildcats (12-10, 3-6).

Michigan made 10 of its first 11 shots and did not commit a turnover the first half in a warm-up for Saturday's showdown at No. 3 Indiana.

Indiana 97, Purdue 60: Cody Zeller scored 13 of his 19 points in the first half, and the No. 3 Hoosiers (19-2, 7-1 Big Ten) routed the host Boilermakers (11-10, 4-4).

Duke 75, Wake Forest 70: Mason Plumlee scored 32 points and Seth Curry added 21 to help the No. 5 Blue Devils (18-2, 5-2 Atlantic Coast Conference) beat the host Demon Deacons (10-10, 3-5).

Baylor 90, Texas Tech 60: Brittney Griner had 40 points and 15 rebounds to lead the No. 1 Lady Bears (19-1, 9-0 Big 12) past the host Red Raiders (16-5, 6-3).
