PLEASANTON -- Sections of Stoneridge Drive and Vineyard Avenue in Pleasanton will undergo roadway resurfacing beginning July 29, according to the city's engineering division.
Traffic along Stoneridge between Santa Rita Road and Trevor Parkway, and Vineyard between First Street and Bernal Avenue, will remain open during construction, although some delays are expected from periodic lane closures.
The work includes pavement repair, pavement surface milling and grinding, traffic detection loop installation, the addition of a new layer of asphalt concrete, utility box adjustment, striping and more. Major construction is expected to be completed by Aug. 27. The entire project is anticipated to be completed by Sept. 15.
