ALAMEDA -- The Raiders received a one-day extension Thursday to sell more tickets and prevent a blackout of their game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

It's the second straight game the Raiders have asked for an extension. The Raiders also needed one for their game Oct. 21 against Jacksonville. They declared a sellout, presumably with help from the rule that allows home television for teams that sell 85 percent of their non-suite tickets, and drew 51,634 to the game.

The Raiders have had their last 11 home games televised in the Bay Area.
