ALAMEDA _ The Raiders struggles on the field have taken their toll on ticket sales as Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns will not be shown on local television.

It is the first blackout for the Raiders in 13 games, dating back Dec. 26, 2010 and a 31-26 loss to the Indianapolis Colts.

The Raiders are 3-8, have lost four straight games, and given up 169 points in the process.

Games against the Jacksonville Jaguars (51,634), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (52,055) and New Orleans Saints (56,880) were televised with the help of the NFL's 85 percent rule. That allows the Raiders to declare a sellout by increasing the visitors' share of gate receipts.
