ALAMEDA -- Veteran players concentrated on resting and getting healthy while the Raiders worked their younger players on the field during their first bye week practice Tuesday.
By one count, only 36 of the eligible 61 players on the practice squad and 53-man roster were on the field during the media window.
The player with the most experience spotted on the field was wide receiver/return specialist Jacoby Ford, in his fourth season.
All three quarterbacks _ Terrelle Pryor, Matt McGloin and practice squad player Tyler Wilson _ were going through drills as was the entire corps of wide receivers.
The Raiders practice Tuesday and Wednesday, then take Thursday through Sunday off as mandated during bye week according to the collective bargaining agreement.
