Alameda County joining Oakland officials on stadium talks, but Raiders still silent

The Alameda County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously Tuesday to enter into talks with the city and its private development partner on Coliseum City -- a proposal to redevelop about 200 acres in East Oakland and build a new football stadium for the Oakland Raiders. The agreement doesn't require that the Raiders commit to the project.
NFL suspending TV blackouts for 2015 season
