Halibut Ceviche

Serves 4

1 pound halibut, cut into small pieces

2 cups lime juice

1/2 pound tomatoes, cut the same size

1 red onion, chopped

1 bunch cilantro, chopped

Serrano pepper, chopped, to taste

Salt to taste

Sliced avocado and tortilla chips for serving

1. In a large bowl, mix the fish with the lime juice; let it "cook" for about 20 minutes. Drain juice.

2. Gently toss the fish with the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, serrano peppers and salt to taste.

3. Top with avocado slices and serve with chips.
