FREMONT -- The San Lorenzo High football team scored two fourth quarter touchdowns to beat Kennedy-Fremont 18-13 in the season opener both both teams on Saturday at Tak Fudenna Stadium.

Trailing 13-6, the Rebels, starting at the Titans' 32-yard line, converted a third-and-15 on a 29-yard connection between Kevin Mosi and Keenan Johnson. Ramiah Marshall then scored to cut Kennedy's lead to 13-12.

San Lorenzo's next possession started at Kennedy's 34-yard line, and the Rebels would only need three plays to take the lead as Mosi found an open Hamilton To'o over the middle for a 21-yard strike with 2:16 left. San Lorenzo's Bejour Wilson would seal the game with an interception shortly after.

Marshall led the Rebels with 125 yards rushing and Raymon Moore had 71 yards on the ground and a 25-yard touchdown catch from Mosi in the first quarter. Mosi finished with 123 yards passing and two scores.

Kennedy's Derek Slater had 41 yards rushing and Waymond McKissick added 32 yards on the ground, including a 4-yard score to give the Titans a 7-0 lead early in the game.
