On Super Bowl Sunday, an ad for startup Debitize ad will appear at least once every 10 minutes on a digital billboard visible from northbound 101 at the Bowers Avenue exit in Santa Clara, where tens of thousands of fans are likely to see it as they wait in bump-to-bumper traffic on their way to the stadium.
